May 16, 2010 Yummy Tidbits and written Tidbits

People ask me why I opened a bakery and the reason is simple, I was driving home one day and had to go 26 miles until I arrived there, but I was hungry. I really wanted a muffin, an honest to god muffin or something similar and there was not one place that sold baked goods made from scratch. I would also teach people about different foods and ingredients and they would say but I do not know how to cook or it takes too many ingredients....I wanted to have a place where people could get a homemade, healthier snack made with organic ingredients.
